This Privacy Policy explains how Delivery Signal collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in connection with the Delivery Signal platform and its diagnostic check services.

Account information
When you register for Delivery Signal, we collect your name, email address and account details.
Organisation and check information
When you create or manage a diagnostic check, we may collect information such as:
For multi-level checks, we may collect organisational hierarchy information so responses and reports can be grouped by approved reporting levels, such as organisation, division, branch, location, team, workstream or function.
Invitation information
When respondents are invited to complete a diagnostic survey, we may collect the information needed to send invitations and reminders, including respondent email addresses and assigned categories such as role group, branch, team, location or reporting node.
Invitation information is used to manage survey access, reminders, response tracking and reporting configuration. It is not shown against individual survey answers in reports.
Survey responses
When invited respondents complete a diagnostic survey, we collect their survey responses.
Responses are collected and stored without respondent names or email addresses attached to individual answers. Reports present aggregated scores, anonymised themes and, where configured, approved group-level comparisons.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, device information and page visits. This information is used for security, reliability, troubleshooting and service improvement.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
When you purchase credits, subscriptions or other paid services, your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface and are never transmitted to or stored by Delivery Signal.
Delivery Signal receives from Stripe only a tokenised reference to your payment method, your billing name and transaction confirmation details. We use this information solely to manage your account, issue receipts and handle billing enquiries.
Stripe's collection and use of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. By making a payment through Delivery Signal, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We do not use personal information for advertising purposes.
Delivery Signal is designed to protect individual respondent anonymity.
Survey responses are stored without names or email addresses attached to individual answers. Reports present aggregated outputs only.
Reports may include:
Individual responses are not shown to check owners, consultants, sponsors, managers, executives or any other report recipient.
Free-text comments may be paraphrased in reports to preserve anonymity while retaining diagnostic value.
Role group and hierarchy comparisons use categories assigned during check setup or invitation. These categories are used for grouped reporting and are not linked to individual identity in report outputs.
Some Delivery Signal checks support multi-level reporting, including reporting by organisation, division, branch, team, location, workstream, practice area, function or other approved hierarchy levels.
Where multi-level reporting is used, outputs are based on aggregated responses at the relevant reporting level.
Delivery Signal may suppress, limit or generalise outputs where a respondent group is too small, too identifiable or otherwise unsuitable for meaningful anonymous reporting.
Check owners are responsible for configuring hierarchy and role group structures in a way that supports respondent anonymity.
Delivery Signal uses AI services to generate or assist with narrative sections of diagnostic reports.
Survey response data, calculated scores and related diagnostic inputs may be transmitted to an AI service provider for this purpose.
AI-generated content summarises patterns from diagnostic responses. It does not independently verify facts, inspect project documents, audit operations, assess financial records or validate management claims.
Delivery Signal does not permit submitted diagnostic data to be used by AI service providers for model training where the applicable service terms allow that restriction.
Data is stored using cloud database and hosting services. Data may be processed or stored outside Australia.
By using Delivery Signal, you consent to your data being processed and stored outside Australia.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account, organisation, check and report data for as long as your account is active, unless a shorter retention period is agreed or required.
If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business, tax, accounting, dispute resolution or security purposes.
Survey response data associated with deleted accounts may be anonymised rather than deleted where it forms part of aggregated diagnostic records.
Payment records are retained for seven years in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.
