Delivery Signal (ABN 77 301 044 948) is a project diagnostic service operated as a registered business in Victoria, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how Delivery Signal collects, uses, stores and protects personal information in connection with the Project Delivery Check service.
By using Delivery Signal you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Delivery Signal does not store credit card details.
Project information: We collect project names, client organisation names, and any other descriptive information you enter when setting up a Project Delivery Check.
Survey responses: When invited respondents complete a diagnostic survey, we collect their responses. Responses are anonymous — we do not record respondent names or email addresses against individual answers.
Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type and page visits. This information is used for security and service improvement only.

Survey responses are collected and stored without names or email addresses attached to individual answers. Reports present aggregated scores and anonymised themes only. Individual responses are not shown to project owners, sponsors or any other party.
Free-text comments may be paraphrased in reports to preserve anonymity while retaining diagnostic value.
Role group comparisons (for example, sponsor versus delivery team) use role categories provided by the project owner when inviting respondents. These categories are not linked to individual identities in any report output.
Delivery Signal uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate narrative sections of diagnostic reports. Survey response data is transmitted to Anthropic for this purpose. Anthropic's use of data is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy and API terms. Delivery Signal does not permit Anthropic to use submitted diagnostic data for model training.
Data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database service. Servers are located in the United States. By using Delivery Signal you consent to your data being processed and stored outside Australia.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law.
Survey response data associated with deleted accounts is anonymised rather than deleted, as it forms part of aggregated diagnostic records.
