Last updated: June 2026

About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Delivery Signal platform and Project Delivery Check service, operated by Delivery Signal (ABN 77 301 044 948), Victoria, Australia.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

The service

Delivery Signal provides an anonymous project diagnostic tool that allows project owners to invite stakeholders to complete a structured survey, and generates a scored diagnostic report based on aggregated responses.

The service includes access to the platform, report generation, and email delivery of survey invitations. Features available depend on your plan.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@delivery-signal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not share your account with others or use the service to create accounts on behalf of third parties without their knowledge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that could harm other users or the service.

Report credits and payment

Access to report generation requires a report credit. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when a report is generated for a check. Trial credits are provided at no charge and are subject to availability.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. Delivery Signal does not store payment card details.

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire, except where otherwise stated at time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Collect information from individuals without appropriate disclosure that they are participating in an anonymous diagnostic
  • Misrepresent the purpose of a Project Delivery Check to invited respondents
  • Attempt to identify individual respondents from aggregated report data
  • Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Transmit harmful, unlawful or offensive content through the platform
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Respondent consent and anonymity

When you invite respondents to a Project Delivery Check, you are responsible for ensuring they understand they are completing an anonymous diagnostic survey and that their aggregated responses will be used to generate a report.

Delivery Signal does not require respondents to create accounts. Respondents access the survey via a unique link and their responses are stored without personal identifiers.

Intellectual property

The Delivery Signal platform, methodology, scoring model, and all associated software are owned by Delivery Signal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.

Diagnostic reports generated from your project data are yours to use and share within your organisation and with authorised project stakeholders. You may not resell or sublicence reports or use them to build a competing product.

Content you submit to the platform (project names, free-text responses) remains yours. You grant Delivery Signal a limited licence to use that content to provide the service.

AI-generated content

Narrative sections of diagnostic reports are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content summarises patterns from diagnostic responses and should be reviewed by responsible project leaders before decisions are made. Delivery Signal does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Delivery Signal's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Delivery Signal is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or project failure, arising from use of or reliance on the service or any report generated by the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Disclaimer

The Project Delivery Check is a diagnostic tool. Reports reflect respondent perceptions at a point in time. They are not audits, assurance opinions, professional certifications or formal project reviews. Delivery Signal makes no warranty that use of the service will prevent project failure, reduce risk or improve delivery outcomes.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will not delete purchased unused credits without a refund.
