Delivery Signal

Find the delivery risks people are not saying out loud.

Delivery Signal helps sponsors, PMOs and project leaders run fast anonymous diagnostics through Project Delivery Check, so they can see whether a project is genuinely on track — or only appears that way in meetings.

Invite the right people. Capture structured anonymous input. Generate a scored project delivery report before small risks become expensive failures.

The problem

Projects usually show warning signs before they fail.

Delivery risk is often visible to the people closest to the work before it appears in steering packs or status reports. The issue is not always that people do not know. It is often that they do not say it clearly, early or safely.

Project Delivery Check gives leaders a structured way to capture those signals before delivery confidence breaks down.

"The project looks fine in the weekly update. But if you ask the team directly, the picture is different."

How it works

Six steps. A scored report. A clear view.

A Project Delivery Check is time-bound. Reports can be generated and regenerated during the open window at no extra cost. When the window closes, the report locks.

Step 01

Create a check

Choose the check type — Free, Small Project or Program — and set up the project details. The window opens when you send your first invitation.

Step 02

Invite participants

Invite sponsors, project managers, team members, stakeholders and delivery partners. Each receives a private anonymous link.

Step 03

Capture anonymous diagnostic input

Participants complete a short 10 to 15 minute structured diagnostic. Responses are anonymous so people can be direct without turning the process into blame or politics.

Step 04

Generate the report

Generate an interim diagnostic report while the window is open. You do not need to wait for all responses — a partial set already gives a clear picture.

Step 05

Regenerate as responses arrive

As more responses come in, regenerate the report at no extra cost. Each version reflects the latest data.

Step 06

Lock the result

When the response window closes, the check closes and the report locks. A new diagnostic round requires a new Project Delivery Check.

Report locks on close

Why the report locks

Designed as a point-in-time diagnostic. Not a permanent open-ended tool.

A Project Delivery Check captures a point-in-time view of project health. It is not a free-running diagnostic or an unlimited monthly refresh tool.

The short response window keeps the diagnostic focused, encourages timely participation and protects the integrity of the report.

During the open window, reports can be generated and regenerated as diagnostic responses arrive. Once the window closes, the report locks. A new diagnostic round requires a new check.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is Project Delivery Check just a form?

No. Project Delivery Check is a structured project delivery diagnostic. It captures anonymous participant input and turns it into a scored report on delivery confidence, alignment, governance, risk visibility and project health.

How long does it take participants?

The diagnostic takes around 10 to 15 minutes. The short format respects participant time and improves completion rates.

Can I generate a report before everyone responds?

Yes. You can generate an interim report during the open response window. You do not need to wait for all invitees.

Does generating an interim report cost extra?

No. Report generation and regeneration are included during the open check window at no extra cost.

What happens when the response window closes?

The check closes automatically and the report locks. The locked report is your permanent record of that diagnostic round.

Can I keep adding responses indefinitely?

No. A check is time-bound. A new diagnostic round requires a new Project Delivery Check.

Are responses anonymous?

Yes. Project Delivery Check is designed around anonymous diagnostic input so participants can answer honestly. Anonymity is protected at the design level.

How many people can I invite on the trial delivery check?

The trial delivery check is limited to 8 participants and a 7-day response window.

What is the difference between Small Project and Program?

A Small Project check suits a contained team or workstream — up to 15 participants, 7-day window. A Program check suits larger, multi-stakeholder environments — up to 40 participants, 14-day window.
