Larger organisations and multi-level reporting

Add structure-aware reporting when results need to be compared across teams, workstreams, locations, functions, business units or organisational layers.

Multi-level reporting

From A$500

Add multi-level reporting to a selected diagnostic when you need to compare results across teams, workstreams, locations, functions, business units, PMOs, clinics, depots, service lines or organisational layers.

What is a reporting node? A reporting node is one group inside the diagnostic. For example, a node might be a team, site, workstream, business unit, PMO, clinic, depot or service line. Respondents are assigned to nodes so the report can compare results across those groups.

  • Small — up to 5 reporting nodes — A$500
  • Medium — 6 to 15 reporting nodes — A$1,250
  • Large — 16 to 30 reporting nodes — A$2,500
  • Enterprise — 31+ reporting nodes — Contact us

Multi-level reporting is added to a selected diagnostic. A base diagnostic is still required.

How credits work

One credit. One diagnostic window. Unlimited regeneration.

Credits are consumed when you generate your first report

A credit is not consumed when you invite participants or open a diagnostic. It is consumed when you generate the first report for that diagnostic. You can generate and regenerate reports as many times as you need during the open window — each regeneration reflects the latest responses and costs nothing extra.

The window locks. The report is yours.

When the response window closes, the diagnostic locks and the report becomes your permanent record of that diagnostic round. A new diagnostic round requires starting a new diagnostic and a new credit.

Unused credits don't expire

Credits purchased remain on your account until you use them. There are no expiry dates on purchased credits.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions about pricing.

When is the credit consumed?

A credit is consumed when you generate the first report for a diagnostic — not when you create the diagnostic or send invitations. If you open a diagnostic but never generate a report, the credit is not consumed.

Can I regenerate the report?

Yes. Once you have generated a report for a diagnostic, you can regenerate it as many times as you need while the window is open. Each regeneration reflects the latest responses and does not cost an extra credit.

What happens when the diagnostic closes?

The diagnostic closes automatically at the end of the response window and the report locks. The locked report is your permanent record of that diagnostic round. A new diagnostic round requires starting a new diagnostic and a new credit.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits remain on your account until you use them.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Yes. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed (used to generate a report) are non-refundable. Contact hello@delivery-signal.com to request a refund.

What does the free diagnostic include?

Every account includes one free Project Diagnostic — up to 15 participants, 7-day response window, full diagnostic report. No credit card required.

What is a reporting node?

A reporting node is a defined group inside a multi-level diagnostic. It might be a team, workstream, location, function, business unit, PMO, clinic, depot or service line. Each respondent belongs to one node. Delivery Signal then compares results across nodes while still showing the overall diagnostic result.

When should I use multi-level reporting?

Use multi-level reporting when one overall score is not enough. It is useful when you need to compare results across teams, workstreams, offices, functions, business units, programs, PMOs, clinics, depots or operating groups. Multi-level reporting shows both the overall result and the differences between groups, helping leaders see whether delivery risk is systemic or localised — contact us to discuss your structure and pricing.

Can I buy credits in bulk for my PMO?

Yes. Contact hello@delivery-signal.com to discuss volume pricing, custom credit packages, and invoicing options for PMOs and enterprise accounts.

Is GST included in the prices shown?

Yes. All prices shown are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
